EVENT CANCELLED: DUE TO COVID 19

Having reviewed all available data at this time, we have made the hard decision to cancel the 7th Annual Octane Nights Car Cruise that was scheduled for September 2, 2020. This has been a difficult but necessary decision. The health and safety of our volunteers, vendors and participants is our highest priority. The safety recommendations from the State of Ohio for safe distancing does not allow us to hold large gathering in the confined space in which we typically hold our event to ensure public health and safety.

 

We have always had “The Show Must Go On” attitude with our event despite all the crazy weather that we have experienced over the years, but this is out of our control. Last year our event drew in 10,000 people. We simply cannot maintain 6 foot social distancing with that kind of attendance.

 

I can assure you this was not an easy decision to make and we held off as long as we could before making this decision. We would appreciate if you would refrain from making any negative comments. We are already looking forward to 2021 being bigger and better than ever. Thank you for understanding and for supporting us through the past 7 years.
