VIP Parking

Please review the following important information regarding VIP parking procedures and policies:

• VIP street parking must be prepaid at $25 per parking space. (Shipping costs will be added at check out.)
• They will go on sale June 22, 2026 and will be sold on a first come first serve basis until they are sold out.  Online VIP sales will stop on July 17, 2026 (if not sold out before then) to insure enough time for delivery.  If there are any VIP spaces left they can be purchased and picked up directly at Mongoose Motorsports.
• Scan the QR code below to reserve your parking space.
• VIP parking is non-refundable.
• The VIP parking spaces will be color coded in sections.  If you want to park with another VIP or if you plan to bring more than one car you must purchase your VIP parking spaces in one transaction and you must follow each other into the show.  Saving parking spots is prohibited.
• Parking spaces will only be reserved until 5:00 PM. You must arrive and claim your space by 5:00 PM, or your reservation will be forfeited and remember, all sales are final and there they are nonrefundable.
• After 5:00 PM, unclaimed spaces will be released and made available to other attendees.

This change is being implemented primarily to improve participant safety. In previous years, the rush to secure street parking created unsafe and reckless situations. By transitioning to prepaid VIP parking on the street we aim to provide a safer and more organized experience for everyone attending.

Additionally, we have hired a traffic control company to manage and enforce street parking policies throughout the event.

The 5:00 PM cutoff has also been introduced to address an ongoing issue from prior years. Every year our VIP parking spaces have sold out in advance, yet some reserved spaces go unused because attendees do not attend—resulting in empty spots while others are turned away. Releasing unclaimed spaces after 5:00 PM allows us to maximize available parking and better accommodate attendees.
